Carolyn Richey
Allen County Health Department has an outstanding crew of nurses, and one of the shining stars of the clinic is Carolyn Richey. Carolyn has been a registered nurse at the Allen County Health Department since 1989. She and her husband Randy reside in Allen County where they are both active in giving back to their community. In addition to her clinic duties, Carolyn works within the Allen County School System with the Project Alert program - a program designed to reduce underage drinking, smoking, and drug abuse through education of 6th Graders. In their spare time, Carolyn and Randy are active with Feed The Childen and have traveled to several impoverished communities throughout the United States giving hope to those without hope.
