Food Service Inspections
Food Service inspections are completed at least once every six months by the Allen County Health Department.  Our Health inspector uses a 44 item checklist to evaluate cleanliness, storage, and food handling.  Follow up inspections are done, if needed.  A restaurant has 10 days to correct it's problem if it scores below an 85 or is cited for a critical violation.  Facilities are listed below in alphabetical order with published online inspections beginning 11/30/2006.  Inspections completed after this date will be posted for public review.
